This is thanks to features such as the proprietary self-standing, swing-up elements and the element mounted thermostat which ensures precise temperature readings. The thermostat system minimises temperature overshoot, maximising oil life. The large cold zone and forward sloping bottom help collect and remove sediment from the frypot to safeguard oil quality and support routine cleaning.
The RE models are available 14 or 17kw for higher output, in both full and split pot configurations

The RE models with built in filtration are available in 1 - 6 frypot configurations in both full or split pot. Single units have a space saving filter that fits in the same single cabinet. Built-in filtration makes it easy to preserve oil life and ensure great tasting food.
