This bench mounted unit features a 3500 watts zone, ensuring evenly distributed heat. A rotary dial control enables exact temperatures to be set, allowing full user control. Highly efficient, reliable and durable, this unit delivers high quality results, every use. Automatic pan detection allows for instant heat transmission to the pan so there is little energy consumption when pan is not present
