The low heat electronics remove the need for a cooling fan, enabling whisper quiet operation to occur. Despite this, the unit is able to provide a consistent holding temperature; ensuring food is kept at the ideal temperature. Reliable and durable, this unit delivers high quality results, every use. The tempered top glass is manufactured in plain black to be as unobtrusive as possible
