I would not complain to have some of these dishes served up to me in a restaurant or cafe. I'm even inspired to have a go at making the spicy tempeh breakfast sausages or the seitan negimaki and the seitan roast stuffed with shiitakes and leeks may see me at a farmer's market this weekend in search of ingredients.
