These commercial grade bread tins are professionally made. Surface blemishes are considered normal and will not adversely affect its quality or performance.
Proper care and maintenance is crucial to maximising the life of your bread pans. Pans should not be subjected to "burning in" prior to use and empty pans should never be placed in hot ovens.
